Aire Valley Land

Aire Valley Land is the joint venture company owned by Keyland Developments and Evans Property Group, which controls approximately 72 hectares of land strategically located within the Aire Valley Leeds at J45 of the M1 Motorway.

Keyland is the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister company of Yorkshire Water.  Keyland’s primary aim is to regenerate properties that have become surplus to Yorkshire Water’s operational requirements.

Keyland adds value to the surplus sites, primarily through the planning process, before offering them to the market, or developing out with a joint venture partner.

The Evans Property Group is a long established privately owned property investment and development company, with a property portfolio consisting of Grade A investment properties with secure long leases together with a substantial development land bank.

The group’s objective is to protect and maximise wealth whilst having due regard to the needs of its customers and suppliers as well as the community and the environment.

As a family owned business with a strong balance sheet the Group prides itself in its ability to take a long term view in relation to the communities and businesses it serves.
